Casa Divina sits on 2.7 hectares (6.5 acres)
of secondary cloud forest. We boast three
two-story luxurious finished wood cabins. Each room has
a private porch with hammock, spacious living quarters
and an elegant bathroom with full-size
bathtub. Each room can accommodate from 1 to 4 guests.
In the main house our guests can relax with a good book in the
reading nook, take their meals in the
family style dining room, and enjoy the great music and
our house cocktail, the Divina Capirinia, at
the bar. On the property we also have two short
self-guided hikes that offer great lookout points.
You will be amazed by the birdwatching possible in our slice of
forest. Tanagers, quetzals, toucans, hummingbirds
are at your window making it possible to birdwatch even
from bed!

By Bus
Transporte Flor del Valle
Leaves from La Ofelia bus station in the north of the city
behind the soccer stadium La Liga.
Make sure you arrive 15 min before if you have bought your
ticket ahead of time. If you are buying your ticket arrive
at least a half hour beforehand. The bus fare is $2.50 per
person. The trip takes approximately 2 1⁄2 hours.

If you have made a reservation with us, we will
have a car waiting for you at the bus stop in Mindo
to take you to the lodge. If you have not made a reservation
you may go to the Information Center which is at the
corner or the central park where you can hire a car
or ask for walking directions.
By Car:
We are happy to help you arrange a private car to
take you directly to the lodge. If you are coming
from Quito a private car will cost $50-$80, depending
on the number of passengers and the time of day. Please
